Cakes
At Cookies to Cocktails, we love cakes, both baking them and tasting them. We put this love into every cake we make, along with the freshest ingredients, like locally sourced dairy, homemade jams and unbleached flours.
We are pleased to offer the following delectable flavors:
- Yellow -This traditional vanilla flavor is a crowd pleaser. It works great with any icing or filling.
- Chocolate - Chocoholics, this one’s for you! It’s got buttermilk, brown sugar and plenty of chocolate. Delish!
- Marble - The best of both worlds: chocolate and yellow together in one delicious swirled cake.
- Chocolate Chip Pound Cake – Chef Liz’s favorite. This one’s got chocolate chips, cream cheese and sour cream, making it super moist and yummy.
- Red Velvet – Stop and try this bright red cake. It’s got a mild flavor that hints of chocolate. If you like, we can make you one in the shape of an armadillo.

- German Chocolate – Looking for a rich, dark chocolate? Don’t go to Germany; just call us.

- Lemon – Fresh lemon juice and zest give this cake a delicious citrus taste.
- Spice – Spice up your life with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. They give this flavor a little extra kick.
- Carrot* – Good for your eyes and your taste buds. It’s got carrots, walnuts, raisins and spices.
- Hummingbird* – A spicy, moist and flavorful cake accented with chopped pecans, crushed pineapple, and bananas!

- Buttercream - The best all-around icing for decorating; this creamy icing has a light butter flavor. We can dye it to any color of the rainbow.
- Chocolate Buttercream – A traditional buttercream with chocolatey goodness added in.
- Cream Cheese – With a traditional cream cheese flavor, it’s the perfect complement to our red velvet and carrot cakes.
- Peanut Butter* – Forget peanut butter cups; have peanut butter cake. Add this to any chocolate confection.
- Caramel Pecan* - Coconut, pecans and caramelized sugar make this icing gloriously good.
- Chocolate Ganache* -This thick dark chocolate spread makes any cake a chocolate cake.

- 9″X13″ sheet cake: $40 (serves 15-20)
- 12″x16″ sheet cake: $68 (serves 24-32)
- 16″x24″ sheet cake: $125 (serves 50-65)
Double layer cakes:
- 6″ round cake: $18 (serves 6-8)
- 8″ round cake: $33 (serves 11-14)
- 9″ round cake: $42 (serves 14-18)
- 10″ round cake: $54 (serves 18-22)
- 12″ round cake: $75 (serves 25-32)
- 1 dozen: $20
- 2 dozen: $40

Prices above are for single-tier cakes or cupcakes decorated in buttercream icing with simple designs. Fondant cakes start at $4 per serving. Please call or email us for custom cake pricing.
